Hi, my name is Danny . I’m 38 years old & I’ve been a General Contractor for about 8 ½ years. I’ve been in the building industry my whole life. My father was a framer and I’ve been framing houses since I was a kid. I’ve always been a great worker as far as doing the trades. I thought that once I got my contractors license I was going to make a lot of money. I found out really fast that actually doing the work was the easy part of my profession. I didn’t know where to start as far as being a G.C. I didn’t know where to get jobs. I didn’t even know who my clients were. But I eventually learned how to sell jobs. I was doing o.k. as a G.C but I could not seem to get past certain humps
in our business. I just couldn’t seem to take our business on to the level that I needed it to be at. So Marc Byerley from The Contractors Resource Group started coaching me in our business about six moths ago. Since then my business thinking has changed dramatically.
