Submittal of plans to the Building Department for permit review & issuance.
We will fill out all necessary forms & applications. Submit them to the appropriate Building Department & walk it through the permit process all the way to obtaining the building Permit. We will be the point of contact for the Building Department to call to answer all questions. If corrections should be needed, we will pick up the correction list & submit the list to either you, the Architect or any other person who might make the needed corrections or changes. Once the corrections have been made, let us know & we will then re-submit the construction plans to the Building Department.
• Research of Permit Records The Building Divisions maintains building permits for original construction, remodels, and additions of buildings. These records may be researched and copied for a fee at the public counter. Permit records are filed under the site address. In addition, plans for most large construction projects are imaged and stored for later viewing at the public counter. However, by State law, Building Division staff cannot make copies of plans or reports without the written permission of the owner and the person who prepared the plans. We advise you to contact the original, engineer or designer to obtain approval to copy plans. If you would like the CRG team to assist you through this process, let us know, we would be more than happy to research & contact the original Architect or engineer.

- Re-Roofing Permit $250.00
- Hot Water Heater Permit $250.00
- Residential New Home $1500.00 & up
- Residential Additions $500.00 & up
- Residential Remodeling (Kitchens & Bathrooms) over the counter Permits $300.00 & up
- Commercial new building or remodeling project $65.00 per hour
- Commercial Tenant Improvement $750.00 & up
- Mechanic pre-Lien $65.00
- Mechanic Lien filing $125.00
- Mechanic Lien release $65.00
- Research Permit Records $65 per hour plus any copying costs
You may provide us with pre-signed checks made out to the Building Dept & we will fill in the amount & provide you with receipts.
