Marc Byerley - Founder & Coach

Marc Byerley started working out in the construction field as a carpenter in 1986 at the age of 20. He quickly learned that he had leadership skills & motivated others. Marc went on to successfully start & operate one of Sacramento's most well known & recognized Remodeling & Addition Construction Companies.  
The biggest Ah hah moment for Marc was when he understood that he was in the Marketing Business, Marketing Home Remodeling services & NOT in the Construction Business, This changed his entire perspective to begin understanding that first & foremost, it's about attracting potential clients to you & offering them your services in such a way that other "Contractors" couldn't even compete. Most Contractors were competing on price alone while Marc was selling: THE EXPERIENCE! Marc currently serves once a week at a homeless shelter as well as provides jail visitation to those who have no one to visit them.

Lawrence is a Certified Management Effectiveness Coach and works with individuals and businesses to produce excellence and achieve extraordinary results through leadership development and interpersonal relationships. Lawrence has an insightful way of creating openness in both the Trainings & Individual Coaching to assist in creating the results wanting to be achieved. Through authentic communication, generous listening along with a wealth of practical experience, Lawrence is sure to bring to the surface the conversations needing to be had or the clarity that's not been communicated.

He works with clients to realize positive, sustainable change. He has been a Law Enforcement Chaplain for Sonoma County, California for over 5 years.
